Fall Fest 2023
October 7th, 2023
Carter's Produce 2nd annual Fall festival will be held the first weekend in October this year. With a huge turnout last year, we are working on more vendors, more carts, and more parking. If you have interest in being a vendor this year please get in contact with us. We will announce prize items at a closer date.
Farm Products
There are plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables blooming at Carter’s Produce & Farm Market. As part of our philosophy, we have a deep respect for nature’s ways, which is why all of our fruits, flowers and produce are farmed locally and responsibly. We only sell whatever is in season, so you can be sure that anything you buy at Carter’s Produce & Farm Market is freshly picked. Listed below are our most popular items, we have much more in the store than what is shown. Stop in and check it out for yourself!
Sweet Corn
Always sweet, bi-colored, and grown in Fulton county we offer sweet corn by the ear, half dozen, dozen, or bushel.
Fresh Peaches
Our peaches are one of the only items that are not grown right here in Fulton county. Our goal is to always have a sweet and juicy freestone peach to offer to our customers. Each year we get peaches from the Carolinas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, and Ohio. We offer peaches by the piece, quart, or half bushel.
Honey & Maple Syrup
We have a large selection of local honey and maple syrup sourced 14 miles down the road from Williams county.
Blueberries
Sourced from famous Benton Harbor, Michigan we offer blueberries and raspberries as long as they are available!
Tomatoes
We offer homegrown tomatoes by the pound, or by the half bushel for canning.
Indiana Melons
For the past few seasons our Indiana and homegrown melons have been a big draw for customers.
Winter Squash
If you like to enjoy the taste of summer during the winter then stop bye and check out our large selection of winter squash. We sell by the piece and offer six different varieties that will keep for months. We even have one that tastes like mashed potatoes!
Watermelon
We offer seedless, seeded, and even yellow watermelon.
Yellow Watermelon
New to us last year, we started raising yellow personal sized seeded watermelon. They are the perfect size for two people to enjoy. Even with the color change, they taste the same as a regular watermelon. Some people even say they are better!
Specialty Pumpkins
We offer over 20 varieties of specialty pumpkins and gourds for retail and wholesale.
Mums
Starting in mid-August we offer a large selection of mums. We have many different colors to choose from.
Wholesale Pumpkins
Sold by the bin for your store or farm market, we offer the nicest pumpkins around. We focus on handle strength and quality to give you the best product possible. We have many different sizes and varieties to choose from as well as delivery options. Contact us for more information and pricing. We start picking and selling the last week of August.
Our Story
Farm Fresh Food
Carter's Produce & Farm Market, LLC is owned jointly by Carter Bzovi and Tyson Andrews both of Wauseon, Ohio. Carter and Tyson operated their own stands until teaming up to open this one. Thanks to our customers we have been able to expand over the years by building a larger barn, and adding parking. Pictured left is our original building we used until 2020.
